Summer has arrived

Summer is finally here after turning up quite late to the UK and we have been outside trying to make the most of it with plenty of lessons, some big kit blasting and a bit of SUP as well.

Where we have been….

We were away early to mid July on some summer time flat water coaching weeks in Ireland and we were fortunate enough to score plenty of wind on our trip, really giving everyone a great opportunity to push their windsurfing forward in the planing conditions, seeing plenty of planing in the footstraps, lots of gybes and some big jumps.

Here is a video of one of our younger riders, James Hutton, doing his first ever duck gybe in Ireland.

Where we are now….

We are now based back on Hayling Island for the majority of the summer and we are making the most of getting out on the water as much as possible, make sure to come and say hello to us on the beach and if you need any boost to your windsurfing this summer we are available for lessons at all levels.

What we have coming up….

This August we have a flat water coaching weekend up on Queen Mary’s reservoir for the 13th-14th and a special Junior Freestyle coaching session on the 15th & 16th.

We will be once again be heading down to Cornwall for a coaching weekend at the Stithians Lake Windsurfing Rally on the bank holiday weekend of 27th-28th & 29th of August this is an excellent venue and a perfect opportunity to get some great coaching, try out some new kit and have lots of fun.
