Easter News Update

Over the last few weeks we have been on the island of Fuerteventura in the Canaries.

It is the time of year when we teach our annual clinics for the Oxford and Cambridge Universities and then Southampton University. We also had a small group clinic for non students too.

Over the 3 weeks we scored a wide range of conditions from head high waves to perfect flat water, 35+Knots to well…knot a lot. But overall our time there was mostly great conditions for pushing our students to progress with their windsurfing.

Amongst lots of coaching in Fuerteventura Danielle and I also had lots of opportunity to have some personal sailing out on the water. Unfortunately on one of the last sessions I hurt my back rather badly and have spent 3-4 days since rather wonky. Fortunately I am on the mend and I have straightened up a lot. Now we have some time at home we will be spent doing lots of stretching & strengthening exercises to help me fully recover.

While away in Morocco Danielle and I will look at filming some more content for our YouTube channel. Keep an eye out for our new videos giving you top tips and advice to improve your wave sailing.
